Three Luxury Gated Community Naples Tennis Options
Tennis in Naples is just as prevalent as golf even though you may not hear about it as much. The weather in Southwest Florida is perfect for training and also for playing matches with friends. Several clubs in Naples are thriving from holding clinics, doubles group tournaments and junior and senior events. Most of the tennis courts in Naples are now har-tru making it much easier on everyone's body. With the temperatures being so hot in Florida it makes it a bit easier to take your game to a clay court.
A premier North Naples community sitting on 88 gorgeous acres. "The Island" is what makes Longshore Lake what it is today. It gives a sense of uniqueness and additional security. After you pull through the guard gate you will go to the right and then an immediate left over the new bridge will take you onto the island. That is where the 9 well manicured har-tru courts are. A beautiful little tennis community with all of the homes situated waterfront.
Naples Bath and Tennis
Imagine a community with 37 professionally well kept courts. That is what you can expect in the gated community of Naples Bath and Tennis. The only difference here is that the gates stay open for the duration of the day and do not close until the evening. However, Sanchez-Casal the top tennis coaching team very well known the world over, is now running the clubhouse and tennis program here. You can always expect to be able to have a court when living here at Naples Bath and Tennis.
Wilshire Lakes is placed nicely on the west side of I-75. Making it very close to Vanderbilt Beach, the community offers two clay courts right to the left of the guard gate as you pull into the neighborhood. The pool and clubhouse room have been renovated along with the quaint little fitness room. The homes in Wilshire Lake are majestic compared to the other two highlighted communities in the blog when it comes to being newer built. Nevertheless, another great tennis property in Naples where you can train and practice privately. Wilshire Lakes tennis does not have group tennis like the others, but it does offer a very private and quiet atmosphere.
Unlike hard courts, the clay surface on har-tru courts basically needs to be watered once a day. This helps to keep the surface in tack and to also keep the dust down. In this Blog all three luxury tennis communities have the following in common: lighted courts at night, clay surface, group and private lessons, and gated entrances. The best feature is that all three are very well kept and waiting to add new avid players to their clubs and communities.
