It all began with the Lutgert family seeing a vision to develop Park Shore in the 1970's and 1980's into what it is today. West of 41 along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico you will find this beautiful and unique community. With an inevitable expansion the neighborhood has been craftily rebuilt and improved upon over the last few decades. Naples would not be what it is today without Park Shore. Raymond L. Lutgert had a vision for this land when he first purchased it in the 1960's. This all lead to the first planned unit development district in all of Florida.
