Barefoot Beach

Considered "The Beach" by many, Barefoot Beach is miles away from busy city highways and bustling downtowns. In  fact, the 342 acres of preserve and natural land surrounding it make it even that much more exotic because it is a barrier island that has not been developed. One of the last of it's kind. This is a beach that will not disappoint anyone. Off the beaten path, but certainly well worth it. At the end of the road along some of the most promising luxury homes you will find this unique super convenient beach. Bonita Beach is part of the city of Bonita Springs. Lots of shells can be found here with very little seaweed to worry about as you expect really gentle waves to roll in. The water is not too deep at the entrance point making it very safe for kids to play in along it's shores. If spotting a gopher turtle is your thing, then Bonita Beach is the place to do it. A very well kept and clean beach compared to many others in Florida. The breathtaking mansions along the way are more than just an added bonus.

When visiting Barefoot Beach it is super important to try and go in the morning. Even though this is a fairly remote and secluded beach many people now know about it and it can get busy in the afternoons. The beach nevertheless is narrow and stunning for it's blue ocean scenery. Compared to Bonita Park, Barefoot beach is considered to be much quieter. Water shoes are recommended here and be prepared to go shelling till you can't simply shell no more. A lot of space to spread out and feel like you have the entire beach to yourself. The immaculate beach estate homes along the waterfront will dazzle everyone all day long. Along Barefoot Beach Boulevard you will find a couple of listings in and around the $10 million range. These are ultra luxury mega dream homes that offer 5,000 to 7,000 square inside. Most will have at least 4 bedrooms but several will come with even 5 or 6. The resources to build these type of properties are not as simple to acquire as most would think. It takes time for exotic tile and woods to arrive but the finished product is well worth it.

Several recorded sales of the ultimate beach residences have taken place at Barefoot Beach. The highest have been as high $13 million to $15 million along Saint Lucia Lane and Anguilla Lane. Two other prominent streets at Bonita Beach are Dominica Lane and Jumento Cay. Both with sales prices in the $7 million to $13 million price mark. Bonita Beach is not just all oceanfront single family homes. There are some incredible oceanfront and ocean view condos. One of Naples' most coveted areas is the Barefoot Beach Club. Amenities so rich here that even the ultra wealthy can enjoy everything there is to do here and become more then mesmerized by the personal lifestyle it presents. State of the art fitness, 2 pools and spas, community rooms, and boat slips and tennis galore. As a resident, the 3 mile stretch of fine sandy beach is something everyone here should be prepared to enjoy. Serene views of the bay and mangrove impressions abound along the horizontal views of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo prices range in the $1 million to $3 million range for the finest listings with professional designer touches.
