Gulfshore Playhouse is devoted to producing nationally significant professional theatre, ranging from dramatic and inspiring classics to innovative new works. It is unwaveringly committed to bringing the top theatre professionals in the country to Southwest Florida's stages and classrooms. Theatre-based workshops are brought into classrooms during the school day to teach curriculum topics through its educational initiative, ART SMART, which is currently in operation in both Collier and Lee counties. These seminars, which align with the Sunshine State Standards, teach literacy and numeracy skills while also building self-esteem, self-confidence, and cooperative learning. The Gulfshore Playhouse is the perfect place for your next rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, or corporate event.

The theatre's professional staff will work with you to ensure all of your needs are met and that your event goes off without a hitch. Rehearsal dinners are a great way to get everyone together before the big day. Having one helps reduce stress on your wedding day and allows everyone involved with the wedding to relax and enjoy themselves during this special time. Gulfshore Playhouse offers several different types of spaces that can be rented out at reasonable prices. The facility has three rehearsal rooms that can be used for dance classes, acting rehearsals, music rehearsals and performances. Through a variety of performances, camps and classes, in-school initiatives, and community partnerships, Gulfshore Playhouse Education now serves over 14,000 individuals each year.
