With regards to construction time estimates it is projected to take 24 months for the high rise, 16 months for the mid rise and 12 months for the low rise buildings all in all.
The Marina store will continue to have a public store including fueling purchases for boaters alike. The Marina itself will be private. The restaurant and coffee shop will be open to the public along with the newly planned real estate office.
