A rich collection of fine luxury home nestled and tucked away in one of Naples' best kept secret gated communities. Welcome to Briarwood. A family and retirement friendly community the offers fairly spacious lots with just enough privacy yet not to be overwhelmed with large acreage living that is too challenging to manage. Briarwood's appeal is that it is very close to 5th Avenue and to other highly appreciated Naples gems such as Cambier Park and Naples Pier. Unlike a lot of tennis facilities in Naples that have har-tru tennis courts (a form of clay), the ones at Briarwood are hardcourt meaning that you will not come home a mess from the clay. Playing tennis on hardcourt is like the US and Australian Open and the surface gives it a truer bounce. An easy 10 minute drive to downtown Naples and the fine sandy beaches it has to offer. Briarwood also has something really unique that not many people know about but should. It has single family homes with a courtyard floor plan. This for those who are wondering basically have pool and spa areas that are completely enclosed and provide full on 100% privacy. The one concern buyers have asked about with these layouts is that the views are then gone of the lakes for example. The builders actually too this into consideration as they added an additional patio on the other side of these homes to give you the best of both worlds. In addition to tennis, Briarwood has a basketball court, volleyball court, two very large community pools (heated), and a really nice playground too. New pavements and gutters have recently been improved upon making it one of the best gated communities in all of Naples for under $1 million. Other fine homes in Briarwood are not actually selling for over $1.5 million in the much desired Bella Lago section. Briarwood is a short 30 minutes from RSW Fort Myers International airport. Better yet, it is within very close proximity to I-75 the main highway running through Southwest Florida. Homes in this area come with impressive lighting, luxury landscaping, and really beautiful upgrades on the interior. The majority of them were built in the mid 1990's and early 2000's.
