One of the newer gated luxury communities in all of Naples. The only major difference is that Riverstone comes so super packed with amenities and amazing things to do, that you simply just may never want to ever leave. The community has an attractive array of indulgences including, a large swimming pool with cabanas, a lap pool, hot tub, waterpark, fitness center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, social room, billiards, and much more. Even more impressive is the fact that it is located close to beaches, shopping, A rated schools, dining, and shopping alike. Considered one of North Naples newest places to call home, Riverstone only offers single family home living without condos like in some other highly prized gated Southwest Florida neighborhoods. The fees are not for everyone but it does assist with maintaining the integrity of living in such a luxurious amenity rich enclave. Riverstone offers a 24 hour manned guard gate to close screens who and when outsiders are granted entry.

Upon entrance you will see the cascading fountains, and to top it all off 86 fantastic water lakes surrounding each and every turn you make. Initially designed by one of the most respected high class builders in the entire State of Florida - GL Homes. Riverstone is set to encompass all of it's natural beauty with 700 total homes to complete it's vision and utmost achievements planned. Most homes are very large with high volume ceilings and high end finishes both in wood trim and world class appliances. The square footages range from 2,000 to just under 5,000 square feet of interior living area. Homes include hurricane shutters and custom swimming pools with hot tub and spa additions. The best way to reach the community is to exit off Immokalee Road and head towards east Naples. Within it's perimeter there are other world class gated communities like Longshore Lake and Quail Creek. Membership to Quail Creek for golf is also available even if you do not reside within it's gates. Something to consider and take advantage of. The 3 pools and whirlpool spa are really stunning too. A total of 6 acres houses the amenities with a massive 13,000 square foot clubhouse complex. Wifi at the pavilions and covered areas is always a really good plus to have. The social room and gathering kitchen may be reserved for all of those special holiday and birthday occasions. Cinnamon Bay Circle and Crystal Bay are two fantastic and pricey streets to consider. Laurel Oak, Oakridge, and Gulf Coast are the three well recognized schools zoned for Riverstone residents.  A special place to call home.
