"How may I help you?" That has been Larry's motto ever since he was a child starting with cutting lawns, snow shoveling, babysitting, and growing his paper route from 33 customers to over 100. The oldest of six children, Larry was raised in an Eastern European household. His father immigrated from Poland to Michigan right after WII, married Larry's mother, also of Polish descent, and they raised their children with much love, faith, humbleness, work ethic, integrity, the importance of education and to respect people from all walks of life. His dad would tell Larry, "son no matter what degree or title you have, be the best that you can be". Well, those instilled values have allowed Larry to help others and to flourish in his personal and professional life.

Larry received his Corporate Finance degree and has done post graduate work in Finance as well. He has an extremely strong Financial Planning background having helped individuals, families and businesses before pivoting to the institutional side as a wealth transfer and advanced planning specialist. His strong customer wants and needs planning skillset truly benefits his real estate customers with his great listening skills, asking the right questions, finding out what's important to the customer, and all done with attention to detail and in strict confidence. He is a Qualifying Life Member of MDRT, Million Dollar Round Table, which is a professional organization that recognizes the top 1% of the producers in the insurance and financial planning profession, worldwide, based on ethics, integrity and production. 

He initiated his real estate endeavor in Michigan in 2005, is a member of the North Oakland County Board of Realtors, holds his Florida real estate license and is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS. One of Larry's ways of giving back to his profession is being a Real Estate Educator, teaching classes to help students and current real estate agents pass the State of Florida exam. Customers really appreciate Larry's approach to their real estate needs. It truly is about them. He is bilingual in English and Polish.

Larry has truly given back to his community. He is a retired member of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves serving for 15 years and was very active in Operations which entailed Homeland security patrols, search and rescue and regatta patrols. He has done a great deal of volunteer work for many non-profits including being a Board Chair for DNEM, an organization helping people with disabilities regain their independent living through education, outreach and advocacy and is active with his church.

Some fun facts: Larry has a passion for music, he played in a wedding/corporate band for 10 years, enjoys traveling, scuba, snorkeling, boating, pickleball, downhill skiing, and physical fitness. He so enjoys quality time with friends and family. His wife, Justyna, has been in the real estate business for 10 years, also holds a Michigan real estate license and a Broker's license in Florida. They are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Sierra, and a cute Pomeranian. Rosie.

Larry feels one of the greatest gifts we can share with one another is time. It helps create memories, gives us something to reminisce about and it is priceless. Once it is gone, it's gone.
