Mike Zimmerman's - Customer First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate

professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing

savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all

of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a NAPLES real estate professional, I've also

found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my

customers first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good

listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your

needs.

This "customer first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires

me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition,

I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've

always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me

to extend the range of services I provide to my customers.

My Love for Florida started when I was born in Ft. Lauderdale ...... several

years ago. Later while living in the Chicago area, my heart was still drawn to

Florida through vacations and multiple Real Estate Investments. After a

successful and rewarding (met my wife there) career as a Commodity Broker

at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, we moved to Naples, where we have

been lucky to live for over 20 years. I am blessed to be married to a wonderful

woman for over 30 years and we have 2 lovely daughters. I try to stay active in

the community through volunteering at St. Matthew's House, serving on

various Boards and supporting local Law Enforcement like attending and

graduating from the Naples Citizen Police Academy.

I have been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2005. As a retired

Commodities Broker with over 30 years of market experience, I watch the

markets (Real Estate, Stocks, Interest Rates, etc.) and trends very closely and

can bring that knowledge and experience to bare on your behalf, if you

choose. I would be happy to discuss and strategize your timing and goals in
